Foreign Fill Policy

  • Before proceeding with a fill, we may request to assess the previous lash technician's work. If the existing lash set meets our quality standards and does not compromise the health of your natural lashes, we will proceed with the fill. However, if the lashes are found to be damaging, poorly applied, or inconsistent with our standards, a removal will be required.

    Please note that we cannot guarantee the longevity or quality of foreign fills, as different lash artists use varying products (e.g., adhesives, lash lengths, and materials). These differences make troubleshooting potential issues more challenging.

  • We charge a $15 fee for any foreign fills due to the extra work required to blend with the previous lash application.
