Please notify us if you will be late for your appointment. If you are more than 15 mins late, we may have to cancel your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited. If you wish to have your service done still, we can do our best to finish in the remaining time. Complete coverage is not guaranteed. The full amount of the service will still be due at the end of your appointment if you arrive late.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to allow us the opportunity to offer that time slot to another client.

Changes or cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee, and a new, non-refundable full payment will be required to book again.

No-shows may not be eligible for rebooking.

All lash strips are NON REFUNDABLE, exchange only. False lash strips must be unused and in the original packaging.
ALL personal services are NON REFUNDABLE. We do not offer refunds on services, but we do guarantee our work. If you have any issues please contact ASAP, we want to you to be happy with your service! If you aren’t satisfied and have followed all the aftercare instructions, please let us know within 3 days of your appointment. We will book you in for a ONE TIME COMPLIMENTARY appointment to fix any issues and make sure you are satisfied with your lashes before you leave. This one time complimentary touch up appointment MUST be made within the first 3 days of your initial appointment.
