     Persistent or worsening lumps, nodules, or firmness
     Skin color changes or signs of infection

RADIESSE® PRE-CARE & POST CARE

  • 7 Days Before

    Avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements, if medically approved by your healthcare provider, including aspirin, Advil®, fish oil and vitamin E. Avoid excessive alcohol consumption.

    24–48 Hours Before

    Avoid alcohol and strenuous exercise.

    Day of Treatment

    Arrive with clean skin and no makeup on the treatment area. Eat beforehand and stay well hydrated.

  • Immediately After

    Mild swelling, redness, tenderness, bruising or firmness may occur and is considered normal. Apply cold compresses as needed using short intervals.

    First 24–48 Hours

    Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, saunas, steam rooms and excessive heat. Avoid excessive pressure on the treated area and, if possible, avoid makeup for at least 24 hours.

    First 7 Days

    Avoid facials, laser treatments, chemical peels, massage or additional injectable treatments unless approved by your provider. Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat or cold.
